Manhattanhenge is a phenomenon that usually takes place usually on May 28 and July 12 or 13, when the setting sun aligns with the street grid in Manhattan.

Still with me? So, Wired News editor Kevin Poulsen wrote in to Boing Boing about the proposed bill to limit civil liberties of accused terrorists:

It occurs to me now that the whole 94-page bill really amounts to a common, one-character programming error.
